Like most Life Plan Communities, residents of The Ormsby pay an upfront, 90% refundable entrance fee, as well as an ongoing monthly fee. Both entrance fee and monthly fee pricing is dependent upon the size of the residence you select when moving in, as well as the number of occupants living there. In most cases, residents will find that the cost associated with living at The Ormsby will be equal to or less than the cost of living independently.
